针对高速卧式加工中心XH6650的动态特点,确定加工中心的关键结构件立柱为优化对象。基于连续体ICM拓扑优化方法,并考虑其它重要零部件的影响,确定在体积约束下的多阶频率加权为目标函数。同时考虑其它重要零部件为非设计集合的拓扑优化方法。根据此方法设计的高速卧式加工中心XH6650的立柱。提高了整机动态特性。
According to the dynamic characters of horizontal machining center ( HMC ) XH6650, pillar is taken as the optimal object with considering the influence of other important components. Based on ICM ( inde- pendent continuous mapping) topology optimization theory, a new topology optimization method considering undesigning aggregates is proposed in this paper. The constraint function is volume of structure, and the objective function is the weight of more nature frequencies. Optimized HMC pillar improves the whole HMC dynamic characters noticeably.
