拼接技术是相位轮廓术测量中的关键技术,阐述了拼接技术的两种应用,一种是测量大件物体时的传统应用,即通过将不易于拍摄的大件物体分成易于拍摄的小块分别拍摄,然后通过拼接技术将所有的小块图像拼接在一起从而得到整个大件物体的三维图像.另一种是拼接技术的一种新的应用,即在测量中通过在物体边缘设置标志点.采用旋转物体后两次测量的方法来消除一次测量带来的阴影及条纹错位的影响.
Mosaics is the key technique of the PMP( phase measuring profilometry). Two usual applications of the mosaics technique are expatiated in the paper. One is the typically used which can be used to measure the large object hard to measure with dense data by piecing of two images. There is another new application which is projecting a group of phase-shifting sinusoidal fringe patterns on the measured object and rotates the measured object relative to the same reference plane by which we accurately reconstruct the object in sign mosaics way from the measured credible height information.
