利用扫描电镜、能谱分析对SKD61和4Cr5MoSiV1两种热作模具钢的拉伸断口、冲击断口、夹杂物和析出相进行分析。结果表明SKD61钢的强韧性优于4Cr5MoSiV1钢,主要是由于SKD61钢的晶粒细小,夹杂物数量少、尺寸小,析出的碳化物数量多且呈球状弥散分布。4Cr5MoSiV1钢的硬度较SKD61钢高是因为其含碳量略高。
The tensile fracture, impact fracture, inclusions and precipitates of hot work die steel SKD61 and 4Cr5MoSiV 1 were studied by SEM and EDS. The results show that the strength and toughness of SKD61 steel are much better than that of 4Cr5MoSiV1. It is because the fine grain size, a small number of inclusions and large amounts of fine carbides precipitating in SKD61 steel. The hardness of 4Cr5MoSiV1 steel is higher than that of SKD61 steel because of comparatively high carbon content in 4Cr5MoSiV 1 steel.
