COPD相关肺动脉高压(PH)的发生发展与肺部组织慢性炎症密切相关,在COPD相关PH的肺血管收缩及重塑中血小板活化因子(PAF)起重要作用。PAF是一种具有广泛生物学活性的内源性磷脂类炎症介质,能够活化血小板及其他炎症细胞。PAF的主要降解酶是血小板活化因子乙酰水解酶(PAF-AH),其通过水解PAF及相关的氧化磷脂在炎症反应中发挥调节作用。本文就PAF、PAF-AH在COPD相关PH中的作用作一综述。
The development of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) associated pulmonary hypertension (PH) is correlated closely with inflammation. Piatelet-activating factor (PAF) plays an important role in pulmonary vasoconstriction and rebuilding of COPD associated PH. PAF is a kind of endogenous phospholipids mediums, which has broad biological activity, and could make platelets and other inflammatory ceils active. The major catabolic enzyme of PAF is platelet-activating factor acetyl hydrolase (PAF-AH). PAF-AH plays an important regulatory role by hydrolyzing PAF and related oxidized phospholipids. In this paper,the role of PAF and PAF-AH in patients with COPD associated PH are reviewed.
