This article,using the documentary analysis,summarizes that the construction of China＇s primary serving party organizations has driven the construction of economic organization,the innovation of social management,the rural economic and social development,the villager self-governance,and the construction of learning party organizations. On this basis,the author put forward some further optimization countermeasures to the construction of China＇s primary serving party organizations from the following aspects：the subject innovation,the content innovation,the innovation of means and the idea innovation.
