目的：分析比较P63和Maspin在良、恶性多形性腺瘤中肌上皮细胞表达的差异,并探讨其意义,为鉴别诊断提供依据。方法：采用免疫组织化学方法检测57例良性多形性腺瘤和24例恶性多形性腺瘤中P63和Maspin及Ki-67蛋白的表达差异及各因子之间的相关性。结果：P63和Maspin在良性多形性腺瘤中的表达率显著高于恶性多形性腺瘤（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）。Ki-67与P63（P〈0.05）呈显著的负相关。结论：P63与Maspin作为肌上皮细胞标记物在良性多形性腺瘤中具有较高的敏感性和特异性;而在恶性多形性腺瘤中的敏感性和特异性显著减弱,可作为鉴别良恶性多形性腺瘤的指标。

英文摘要：

Objective： To explore the significance of Maspin and P63 expression in benign and malignant pleomorphic adenoma.Methods： Immunohistochemical staining was used to evaluate the protein expression levels of P63,Maspin and Ki-67 in 81 cases including 57 benign pleomorphic adenomas and 24 malignant pleomorphic adenomas.Statistical analysis was done by using SPSS（version 16.0） to analyze the different expression and the relationship between them.Results： P63 and Maspin expression of benign pleomorphic adenoma was significantly higher than that of malignant pleomorphic adenoma respectively（P0.01,P0.05）.Ki-67 expression was significantly correlated with P63（P0.05）.Conclusion： Both P63 and Maspin were sensitive as biologic markers for myoepithelial cells and were important markers of biological behaviour in the transitional process from benign to malignant pleomorphic adenoma.
