脆硫铅锑矿(Pb4FeSb6S14)在冶炼过程中会产生大量铅锑合金,从铅锑合金中回收铅、锑具有重要意义.通过饱和蒸气压理论及分离系数理论对铅、锑分离可行性分析可知,理论上采用真空蒸馏法分离铅锑合金是可行的,并且锑在气相中回收,铅在液相中回收.对蒸馏温度和蒸馏时间等因素进行单因素实验,考察其对回收效果的影响.结果表明:最佳蒸馏温度为1 023K,锑、铅的直收率分别为89.94%和57.10%.最佳蒸馏时间为45 min,锑、铅的直收率分别为89.22%和62.20%.
It is very significant to recycle antimony and lead from Pb-Sb alloys which are largely produced in the process of smelting Jamesonite(Pb4FeSb6S(14)).The theories of the saturated vapor pressure and the separation coefficients are adopted to analyze the separation possibility of lead and antimony,the result of which theoretically demonstrates the feasibility of separating Pb-Sb alloy by vacuum distillation.In addition,it is pointed out that antimony and lead can be recycled in gas phase and liquid phase,respectively.The effects of distillation temperature and time on the recovery are also investigated by using single factor experiments.The results show that the direct recovery rate of Sb and Pb are respectively 89.94% and 57.10% with the optimized distillation temperature of 1 023 K and the direct recovery rate of Sb and Pb are 89.22% and 62.20% in the best condition of distillation time of 45 minutes,respectively.
