基于系统动力学对江苏科技镇长团工作绩效进行了实证研究,梳理了国内外研究现状,构建了科技镇长团工作绩效因果关系模型,分析了因果关系,基于数据的可得性、可计算性和现实性,得出了科技镇长团工作体系关系流图,对科技镇长团工作绩效动态结构模型进行了仿真分析,研究了影响科技镇长团工作绩效的因素,探索了企业、地方、镇长团成员和派出单位四方共赢的长效机制,最后提出了对策建议。
