The integration and sharing of innovation resources is required by our era. And it is an important task that implementing the strategy of innovation driven and improving the ability of the main innovation body to forming a benign system of regional innovation by strengthening the integration and sharing of innovation resources and efficient allocation of innovation resources. Jiangsu is a leading position of regional innovation system construction. The paper takes Jiangsu as an example, studies the evalution index system of integration and sharing of innovation resources and measures the Malmquist index and its decomposition of the sharing of resources of Jiangsu. It is to obtain reference value experience of promoting the integration and sharing of innovation resources.
