基于单向偏轴复合材料层压板的疲劳失效机理,提出了采用Hashin疲劳失效准则从单向层压板偏轴拉伸S-N曲线估算复合材料面内剪切疲劳S-N曲线的方法,结合纵向/横向S-N曲线和估算得到的剪切疲劳S-N曲线,可以预测任意角度偏轴层压板的S-N曲线。用4种不同材料的层压板疲劳试验数据对此方法进行验证,发现对于同种材料从不同角度偏轴层压板的疲劳数据中估算得到的剪切S-N数据具有很好的一致性,结合估算的剪切S-N曲线和纵向/横向S-N曲线预测得到的不同角度偏轴层压板的S-N曲线与试验数据吻合很好。
Based on the fatigue failure mechanism of unidirectional off-axis laminate and Hashin fatigue failure criterion, a method of estimating the in-plane shear S-N curve from the off-axis tension S-N curve of unidirec- tional laminate is presented and then the S-N curve of unidirectional laminate with arbitrary angle can be pre- dicted based on the estimated in-plane shear S-N curve and the longitudinal/transverse S-N curve. This is ver- ified by experimental results with four kinds of composites. It is found that the in-plane shear S-N curves esti- mated from the off-axis tension S-N curves of unidirectional laminates with different angles are consistent with each other and the predicted S-N curves of the these laminates agree well with experimental results
