将散体桩复合地基建设分为主体桩复合地基建设和工后加固两个基本过程,将工后加固作为复合地基建设中必要组成部分。在充分考虑工后加固承载力将提高的情况下,进行主体桩的设计,从而可以降低对加固前主体桩承载力的要求。在主体桩施工完毕后,根据实际载荷试验的结果,结合浅层加固材料的性质,利用本文提出的承载力估算方法,进行加固后复合地基承载力的估算,结合实际工程要求,灵活选用加固材料与加固深度,"调节"复合地基承载力,使之达到上部建筑物的承载要求。这种新型的散体桩复合地基设计方法具有节省工程投资,避免桩距过小引起的成桩困难等优点,符合复合地基承载机理,实际工程证明是可行和有效的。
Considering the post construction reinforcement as the necessary components,the granular pile composite foundation-building is divided into two basic processes of the main pile composite foundation construction and the post construction reinforced.After full consideration of the capacity improvement by the post construction reinforcement,the design of the main pile can reduce the requirements of the capacity.After the main piles,according to the actual load test results,combined with the nature of shallow reinforcement materials,the proposed capacity estimation methods are employed for estimating reinforced composite foundation based on the actual project requirements,the selection of flexible reinforcement materials and reinforcement depth.The composite foundation is regulated so as to reach the load requirements of the upper buildings.This new design of granular pile composite foundation method is to save project investment and avoid the difficulty caused by small distance between the piles.It meets the bearing mechanism of the composite foundation,and its feasibility and effectiveness is validated by actual projects.
