在进行风电机组增速箱振动数据采集时,为了科学合理地减少试验次数且获得优选测点以采集较优的试验数据,利用正交试验方法对振动数据采集试验进行了分析与优化。以振动信号的均方根值作为试验指标,根据不同的测点位置,利用L9(34)正交表分别设计三个正交试验。分别对结果进行了极差分析和方差分析,表明转速是影响试验的主要因素;同时也确定了三个优选测点,即水平左方向位置测点。方法对状态监测和故障诊断试验进行优化处理,有利于试验数据的进一步处理。
To reduce the number of tests scientifically and reasonably and get better vibration data coUected from the wind turbine increasing gearbox, a method based on orthogonal test is introduced to make analysis and optimization on the test of vibration data acquisition. Based on measured position, a test program using orthogonal table L9(34) /s designed, root mean square value of the vibration signal as the test index. Finally, it gives an acute range analysis and variance analysis using the software DPS, and the results show that speed is the key factor. And three optimization points are obtained, on horizontal left direction position. The method optimizes the test process of condition monitoring and fault diagnosis, which may be beneficial for further data processing.
