采用离线正相色谱-气相色谱(NPLC—GC)联用技术对山东郑城镇金银花挥发油进行了良好的分离,并采用气相色谱/四极杆质谱(GC/qMS)和气相色谱/正交加速飞行时间质谱(GC/oaTOFMS)对其进行了联合定性。基于NPLC—GC强大的分离功能,结合GC/qMS的谱库检索功能以及GC/oa TOFMS对质谱碎片离子精确的质量测定功能,成功地定性了其中的近两百个化合物。对复杂体系的良好分离是实现化合物准确定性的前提,而采用多种色谱联用定性较采用单一的联用技术具有更高的可靠性。
Offline normal phase liquid chromatography-gas chromatography (NPLC-GC) was applied to separate the volatile oil from lonicera japonica thumb. The qualitative analysis was carried out on gas chromatography / quadrupole mass spectrometry (GC/qMS) and gas chromatography/orthogonal acceleration time-of-flight mass spectrometry (GC/ oaTOFMS). The efficient separation of NPLC-GC and the powerful qualitative capability of GC/qMS and GC/oaTOFMS have resulted in the identification of some two hundred volatile compounds. Compared with the results obtained from using GC/qMS alone, the qualitative results obtained from using multiple hyphenated techniques are more reliable.
