越来越多的企业经理人离开原来工作岗位而重新开始创业,这对企业人力资源管理工作造成了极大挑战,因此分析企业经理人创业行为的影响传导机制特别重要。基于从长三角和西北地区问卷调研获得的数据,从企业经理人个人特征变量和所处企业特征变量的角度对其创业行为进行了实证研究。研究发现,对于没有创业经历的企业经理人来说,年龄越大以及工作年限越长越想创业;同时,对于没有创业经历的企业经理人来说,公司规模越大,他们就越想创业。而个人教育背号因素、性别因素、在兄弟姐妹中的排行因素和公司年龄对企业经理人的创业行为没有显著影响。最后,建议通过公司内创业战略来留住具备丰富管理经验的高层管理人员,从而实现企业的基业长青。
More and more business managers leave the original excellent job to re-started business, and this brings human resources management work a great challenge, so analysis of the transmission mechanism of managers' entrepreneurial behavior is particularly important. This study obtained data from the Yangtze River Delta and Northwest by questionnaire survey enterprise, and carried out acts of the empirical research and did statistic analysis from perspective of characteristics of managers and characteristics of the business organization. The study found that to the managers who did not have experience on starting business, the greater the age, as well as the longer the working years would more likely to start business; at the same time, to the managers who had experience on starting business, the larger the company, the more they want to start business. Education and personal background, gender, their number in brothers and sisters, and the age of the company did not have significant influence on entrepreneurial behavior of managers. Finally, the inner entrepreneurial strategic is suggested to adopted to retain senior managers who have extensive management experiences in order to achieve the business Built to Last.
