针对海工产品设计和生产运行阶段,提出了基于建筑信息模型(BIM)的虚拟工厂建模方法,该虚拟工厂不仅包括建筑要素,还包括了设备要素、车间控制要素(几何、物理和功能)的综合数字化表达,将几何实体模型、物理属性、规则等建筑和语义信息有机地融合在一起,可以实现制造系统的建模、仿真和评估(MSE).设计了一种融合BIM的虚拟工厂集成方法,并实现了原型系统,用来可视化基于BIM的海工虚拟工厂.
A virtual factory modeling method based on building information modeling(BIM)is proposed for the design and production stage of marine products,including the architectural elements and the integrated digital expressions of the equipment elements and the workshop control elements(geometry,physics and function).Combining solid geometric models,physical properties and rules of the building and semantic information,this method can realize the modeling,simulation and evaluation(MSE)of manufacturing system.The paper presents a virtual factory integrated method of manufacturing marine product,combined with BIM,and realizes a prototype system to visualize the marine virtual factory based on BIM.
