采用正交实验法研究注射压缩成型的工艺参数对微结构成型精度的影响,正交试验结果显示:影响微结构成型精度的主要因素是压缩距离和压缩速度。对于压缩距离的增大,型腔内的熔体温度会有下降再上升的规律;压缩速度的变化对入口处的转换压力产生影响,速度越大,转换压力越大,需要更高的锁模力才能实现微结构的填充。
The orthogonal experimental method was adopted to study injection compression molding(ICM) and researched the effect of process parameters on dimensional precision of surface microstructure. The result showed that the most important process parameters for dimensional precision of microstructure was compression distance and compression speed. With the increase of the compression distance, melt temperature had a reduction before it raised. The higher compression speed needed a higher locking force to achieve the filling of micro structure because of the increasing of inlet pressure.
