挤出滚压过程中聚合物填充对微结构转印效果至关重要,直接决定制品的质量。建立滚压过程理论模型,得到各工艺参数与复制率之间的函数关系。基于正交实验优化设计法,进行挤出滚压成型工艺实验研究,获得各工艺参数对微结构复制率的影响规律,并给出各工艺参数的最优水平组合及其对复制率影响的趋势图。极差分析结果表明:对于PP材料,滚压压力和辊轮转速对复制率的影响较大,挤出机口模温度的影响相对较小。
During the micro extrusion roller embossing process, polymer filling was very important to reprint microstructures,it determined the quality of products. The theory model of rolling process was established,the function relation between process parameters and transfer height was obtained. Based on orthogonal optimal design, process experiments of extrusion roller embossing were developed, the influence of process parameters on reprint height of microstructures were put forward, and the optimal combination of the process parameters and the chart showing the trend of its influence to the height of structures were obtained. The results of range analysis showed that for PP material,the effects of pressure and rotating speed of roller were bigger,while the temperature of die was lesser.
