目的探讨顺尔宁（孟鲁斯特钠咀嚼片）对儿童腺样体肥大疗效及血清sIgE变化影响效果。方法选取2014年2月。2016年6月期间我院耳鼻喉科收治的腺样体肥大患儿74例，并随机分为两组，对照组37例给予患儿腺样体肥大常规治疗；观察组37例则在对照组基础上加用顺尔宁治疗，并比较两组的临床效果及血清sIgE变化情况。结果治疗3个月后，观察组的腺样体体积（58．24±7．83）％而显著的低于对照组（68．79±78．62）％（t=-5．511，P〈0．05），观察组血清sIgE水平（177．83±16．57）U／mL显著的低于对照组（207．46±19．41）U／mL（t=-7．062，P〈0．05），观察组的总有效率为94．94％明显高于对照组的81．01％（X^2=6．1983，P〈0．05）。结论顺尔宁（孟鲁斯特钠咀嚼片）对儿童腺样体肥大有显著的疗效，可明显的改善腺样体肥大患儿血清变态反应，消除不良体征，提高患儿生活质量，值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of singulair chewable tablet （rust meng sodium） to adenoid hypertrophy of children and the influence effect of change of serum slgE. Methods 74 cases of patients with adenoidal hypertrophy cured in department of otolaryngology of our hospital from February 2014 to June 2016 were enrolled in this study.According to randomized controlled trials （RCTs）,they were divided into control group （n=37） treated with routine treatment of adenoid hypertrophy in children and observation group （n=37） treated with singulair chewable tablet on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect and serum slgE of the two groups were compared. Results After 3 months of treatment,the volume of adenoids in the observation group was （58.24±7.83）%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group with （68.79±8.62）% （t=-5.511, P 〈 0.05） （t=-7.062,P 〈 0.05）. The serum sIgE level of observation group was （177.83±16.57） U/mL,which was signficantly lower than that of control group with （207.46±19.41） U/mL （t=-7.062,P 〈 0.05）.The total effective rate in the observation group was 94.94%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group with 81.01% （X^2=6.1983,P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Singulair chewable tablet （rust meng sodium） has a significant effect on adenoid hypertrophy in children. It can significantly improve serum allergic reaction in children with adenoid hypertrophy, eliminate had signs, and improve the quality of life of children. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
