通过自制水性环氧乳液对阳离子乳化沥青进行改性,制备水性环氧乳化沥青及其混合料,开发了一种适用于路面养护的新型修补材料。对不同水性环氧乳液掺量下的水性环氧乳化沥青进行荧光、抗剪、黏附性分析,及其沥青混合料养生条件、马歇尔稳定度、抗劈裂强度、水稳定性测试。结果表明:水性环氧乳液掺量10%-20%时,沥青充分包裹在环氧网络结构中,抗剪强度迅速增大,黏附性较好,掺量小于10%对抗剪强度贡献不大;混合料养生条件在60℃时,随着掺量的增大,马歇尔稳定度、劈裂强度、水稳性随着增大,水性环氧乳液掺量20%时,马歇尔稳定度、抗劈裂强度、MS分别为5.81kN、0.81 MPa、93.1%,均满足规范要求。
A new repair material for pavement maintenance is developed by modifying the cationic emulsified asphalt and preparing the water based epoxy emulsion asphalt and its mixture.
