为了研究水性环氧树脂对乳化沥青的适用条件及其改性特征,对不同水性环氧树脂掺量的改性乳化沥青进行了稳定性和黏度测试,并对其进行路用性能测试,综合考虑不同性能指标以及水性环氧树脂改性乳化沥青黏度增长特征等因素,确定了水性环氧树脂用量及改性乳化沥青产品的储存适用期。同时,利用图像分析软件对水性环氧树脂改性乳化沥青的黏附性进行了量化研究,试验及分析结果表明,水性环氧树脂对提高乳化沥青的黏附性具有良好效果,水性环氧树脂的组分配比对黏附性具有一定影响。
In order to study the applicable conditions and its modified characteristics of waterborne epoxy resin for asphalt emulsion, the stability and viscosity as well as the road performance of emulsified asphalt with different dosages of waterborne epoxy resin are tested. Considering different performance indicators and the viscosity growth characteristics of waterborne epoxy resin modified emulsified asphalt comprehensively, the dosage of waterborne epoxy resin and the storage period of modified emulsified asphalt are determined. Using image analysis software, the adhesion of waterborne epoxy resin modified emulsified asphalt is quantitatively researched. The result shows that waterborne epoxy resin has a good effect on improving adhesion of emulsified asphalt, the component proportion of waterborne epoxy resin is also has certain influence on the adhesion.
