为了研究水性环氧树脂对乳化沥青的改性作用,对水性环氧树脂改性乳化沥青蒸发残留物进行60℃动力粘度和表面自由能测试,并对试验数据进行了分析。结果表明,改性乳化沥青蒸发残留物的60℃动力粘度随水性环氧树脂的掺量变化呈现一定的趋势,其表面自由能也随着水性环氧树脂的掺量加大逐渐提高,并且60℃动力粘度和表面自由能实验数据良好相关。另外,以沥青本体强度和界面性能的综合改善作用为研究视角,对水性环氧树脂改性乳化沥青的机理进行了探讨。
This paper was conducted on the effect of waterborne epoxy resin on properties of emulsified asphalt. Comparative analysis of performance indicators of emulsified asphalt with different dosage of waterborne epoxy resin reveals that waterborne epoxy resin is highly effective of improving 60℃ dynamic viscosity of emulsified asphalt evaporation residue,and surface free energy increase with the dose of waterborne epoxy resin rising. Based on the effects of waterborne epoxy resin on body strength and interfacial properties of asphalt,the mechanism of waterborne epoxy resin modification is proposed.
