商陆色素是从商陆果实中提取的天然食用色素,其主要成分是甜菜苷。采用6种大孔树脂(LS-305、LS-305A、LS-610B、SP207、HP-20、AB-8)对从商陆果实中得到的商陆红色素粗提液,进行了吸附纯化研究,初步筛选出吸附和解吸性能均较好的LS-305树脂,并通过静态吸附和解吸研究商陆红色素的吸附等温线和吸附动力学。研究结果表明,树脂吸附的最适宜的料液pH为2.0;LS-305树脂适合Freundlich模型拟合,相关系数为0.9844,属于多分子层吸附机理;拟二阶动力学模型能很好地描述此树脂的吸附过程特征,内外膜扩散是影响吸附的主要因素;最佳解吸条件为65%乙醇水溶液(含0.25%的柠檬酸)。
Phytolaccaacinosa red color is a natural pigment extracted from Phytolaccaacinosa fruit and its main component isbetanins. In order to separate and purify the red color from Phytolaccaacinosa,six kinds of macroporous resin(LS-305,LS-305 A,LS-610 B,SP207,HP-20,AB-8)were used. Among these resins,LS-305 has relatively high adsorption and desorption capacity. The resin was then used for the further study by static adsorption and desorption method. Results show that the optimal adsorption pH of the extracted solution is 2.0. The adsorption data of resin LS-305 is better fitted by Freundlich equation,with correlated coefficient of 0.9844,and it also shows the multi-layer adsorption mechanism. The pseudo two-order model can better describe the dynamic mode,internal and external diffusion is the main factor in control the adsorption rate. The optimal desorption condition is 65% ethanol aqueous solution with 0.25% nitric acid.
