基于虚拟仪器的仪器集成设计原理,通过GPIB协议控制超声分析仪作为超声信号的激励与接收通道;利用示波器或数据采集卡作为数据采集手段,由计算机保存海量数据,便于离线分析和处理数据;通过多功能数字卡控制步进电机驱动器,驱动电机作X-Y方向扫描。将超声C扫描需要的三维扫描、电机控制、仪器控制、数据采集等系统及仪器整合在一起,实现超声C扫描检测成像系统。实验结果表明,该系统性能稳定,分辨率高,达到了设计需求。
Ultrasonic analyzer can be controlled as the channel of excite ultrasound transducer and the channel of collection through GPIB protocol based on virtual instrument integrated design principles.Oscilloscope or data acquisition cards are utilized as the means of data collection.Meanwhile,huge amounts of data are saving by computer in order to facilitate offline analysis and data processing.By making use of data acquisition card,stepper motor driver can be controlled to motivate in X-Y direction.Thus three-dimensional ultrasound scanning,motor control instrument control and data acquisition can be integrating into one system to achieve the ultrasonic c-scan testing and imaging system.The experimental results demonstrate that the system is stable with high resolution,and can meet the requirements of the design.
