英文摘要：
This paper deals with the problem of generating network security situation value in WAN environment. A practical, operable new model is proposed. This model adopts a statistical analyzing algorithm to calculate Q value of various measured values. In analyzing its historical distribution, Q value can be converted to certain T2 value, which enable the situation value to reflect the trend of network security situation in recent period.
