为提高在线式硼浓度测量装置的信噪比,分别从中子干扰计数、中子散射以及中子慢化3个方面进行了分析并提出了增加中子吸收层等相应措施。采用MCNP模拟与实验验证的方法对这些措施进行了验证,实验和模拟结果证明了这些措施可以有效提高中子计数率随硼浓度衰减曲线的信噪比,剔除了杂散中子对测量结果的影响,从而使硼浓度测量结果更加准确。
To improve the signal -to-noise ratio of on -line boron concentration measuring device , we have analyzed the three factors of neutron interference counting , neutron scattering and neutron moderator impact on Signal to Noise Ratio ( SNR) , and put forward some measures , such as using cadmium plate that can improve the SNR.And the results from experiment and MCNP simulation demonstrate that these measures are very effec -tive and will enable the boron concentration measurement become more accurate .
