介绍了一种为气载放射性碘探测器研制的模拟电路。在探测器设计方案中,打破了传统上将前置放大器与主放大器分离的思想,将电荷灵敏前置放大电路与主放大电路置于探头以内;为了实现信号脉冲的较长距离传输,在信号电缆前端设置了既有电流放大又具备阻抗匹配功能的驱动电路,该驱动电路实现了在信号电缆后端免接地匹配电阻的需求,增强了探头的电子学兼容性。该研究成果得到理论与试验的验证,对工程应用具有较大参考价值。
This paper describes an analog circuit for airborne radioactive iodine detector .In the design of the detector , the traditional design idea of separating preamplifier and main amplifier has been abandoned ,replaced by setting the pre-amplifier and the main amplifier as a whole in the probe .In order to achieve long distance transmission of analog signal ,a drive circuit is provided at the front end of the cable ,which has the function of impedance matching and current amplification .The drive circuit achieves the goal of no need to match the im-pedance in the rear end of the signal cable ,it enhances the electronics compatibility of the probe .The research results have been verified theoretically and experimentally ,and it has great reference value for engineering appli-cation .
