针对一种基于叠层型压电陶瓷新型非共振式压电直线电机,对其工作原理进行了分析。研究了叠层型压电陶瓷低频输出特性,并对电机的原理样机进行了建模分析,指出了电机的设计要点。对原理样机进行了实验,结果表明,电机在低频范围内的机械特性较好,工作频率可调,工作状态受外界影响小。
The working principle of a new type of piezoelectric linear motor based on non- reso- nant vibration was analyzed. The new type motor was based on piezoelectric ceramics stack, and a working model was proposed to evaluate the me- chanical design. The mechanical property of the motor was preferable during low frequency, its op- erating frequency was adiustable and working state was stable under the interference of external fac- tors.
