为了研究麻花钻钻孔成形机理,将麻花钻的钻孔过程划分成三个阶段.采用有限元分析软件Deform3D对麻花钻的钻孔过程进行仿真研究.对仿真过程中涉及的相关技术与关键参数的设置进行了分析,通过建立钻孔有限元模型,模拟麻花钻钻孔过程中切屑的形成,分析了麻花钻钻孔过程中切削力的变化规律,并对钻孔过程中切削温度和刀具磨损的分布情况进行了预测.
In order to study the cutting mechanism of drilling,drilling process is divided into three stages.A simulation of drilling process is carried out with finite element analysis software Deform-3D.Some related techniques of the simulation and the setting of key parameters are analyzed.From establishing the finite element model of drilling,the process of chip formation is simulated.The variation of cutting force is analyzed in drilling process.Finally,cutting temperature and distribution of tool wear are predicted.
