本文基于2006~2013年中国31个省、市、自治区的面板数据,考察了双向直接投资及其交互效应对中国经济增长的影响。结果显示,外商直接投资和对外直接投资均显著地促进了中国的经济增长,二者的交互效应对经济增长的影响也显著为正。通过进一步检验发现,双向直接投资对中国经济增长的影响存在着显著的区域差异,中东部地区对外直接投资的经济增长效应小于西部地区,而外商直接投资以及其与对外直接投资的交互效应对经济增长的正向促进作用则大于西部地区。此外,中国的金融发展水平、投资水平、劳动力投入、人力资本水平、技术创新、出口贸易、资源禀赋和政府支出也都对经济增长有着显著的促进作用。

英文摘要：

Based on panel data of China＇s 31 provinces（cities and autonomous regions） from 2006 to 2013, this paper examines the influence of two-way foreign direct investment and their interaction effect on China＇s economic growth.The results show that：foreign direct investment and outward foreign direct investment promote China＇s economic growth significantly, and their interactive effectalso has significant positivecorrelationwith the economic growth. Through further test we found that the effect of two-way foreign direct investment on China＇s economic growth exist significant regional differences, the effect of outward foreign direct investment in the central and eastern regions on the economic growth is less significant than the western regions, however, their foreign direct investment as well as the interaction effect between foreign direct investment and outward foreign direct investment have a greater positive promoting effect on economic growth than the western regions. Moreover, the financial development level, investment level, labor input, human capital level, technical innovation, export trade, resource endowment and government expenditure of China also have a significant promoting effect on economic growth.
