代际传承是中国家族企业面临的重大挑战之一,对企业的可持续发展有着深远的影响。基于当前国情,内部传承还是中国家族企业的普遍选择。从企业可持续成长的角度看,代际传承的目的和出发点是企业的可持续发展而不仅仅是所有权和控制权的转移。可选的内部继任者则应该是与企业所处阶段相适应的最满意继任者,即其继任能力、意愿及个人价值观与企业的期望价值观的一致性应同企业所处阶段及内外部环境相适应。在这一传承模式的约束下,家族企业能够更好地实现可持续成长。
Succession, one of the biggest challenges that Chinese family businesses are now facing, has deep influence on the sustainable development of enterprises. Most of the family businesses adopt the internal succession system based on Chinese current situation. From the point of view of the enterprises' sustainable growth, this article discusses the internal succession mode in family busines- ses, and points out the goals and prior concern of the succession system is enterprises' sustainable development. The selectable internal successors should be the ones that are most satisfactory and fit the enterprises' current situation. Specifically, they must fit the corporations' current situation and both internal and external environments in three aspects: their capability, willingness and the consistence between personal values and firms' expected values. Only under this mode, can family businesses better achieve sustainable growth.
