本文以麦草NaOH—AQ浆为原料,进行了DP漂白的研究,研究过程中探讨了NaOH和Mg(OH)2分别用作D段漂白终点pH控制剂和P段漂白碱源对最终漂白效果的影响。实验中进行了氢氧化钠和氢氧化镁的四组组合研究,分别为DlaOHP…H,DⅢHP%OH)2,DM舯H)2P㈨H和Dw2POH)2。结果表明,麦草NaOH~AQ浆经DM刚H)2PUg(OH)2漂白后纸浆白度和强度性能与传统的DNOrlP漂白纸浆相比,其白度和强度性能略低,但D州0H]2P0H)2漂白废液中含有较高的残余CIO2和残余H2O2,因此与DP漂白相比较,D㈨。H)2P㈨):漂白具有更高的漂白效率。Mg(OH),用作D段漂白pH控制剂时,能明显降低后续P段漂白的碱用量。Mg(OH):替代P段漂白NaOH对最终浆料的影响大于替代D段NaOH对最终浆料性能的影响。
Sodium hydroxide (NaOH) substituted by magnesium hydroxide (Mg(OH) 2 ) as control agent and alka- li source was studied in chlorine dioxide bleaching and peroxide bleaching of NaOH - AQ wheat straw pulp. The effects of alkali sources on pulp properties, including brightness and breaking length, were investigated. The four experimental groups DNaoHPNaoH, DNaoHPMsOH2, DMs〈OH2PNoH and DMs/OHEPMsOH2 were conducted in this paper. The results showed that the brightness and breaking length of DMsOH2PMsO.2pulp were slightly lower than those of DNoHPNao. pulp. But there were more C102 and H202 remained in the effluents of DMsOH2PMson2bleaching process than that in the effluent of DNoHPNaOR bleaching process, which illustrated that DMs(OH)2PMg(onEbleaching process had higher efficiency than DNonPNaon bleaching process. The influence of Mg(OH)2 replacing NaOH was more ob- vious when it was used in the bleaching process of P stage than that in the D stage. The replacement of NaOH with Mg( OH)zin D Stage can lower the dosage of alkali used in the following P stage.
