本文利用木聚糖酶/纤维素酶对速生杨木P—RC APMP浆进行了修饰处理,比较了木聚糖酶、纤维素酶及复合酶对APMP纸浆的精制效果,优化了纤维素酶/木聚糖酶的精制处理工艺参数并分析了处理前后浆料纤维性质的变化。研究结果表明,纤维素酶/木聚糖酶复合酶较单一木聚糖酶或纤维素酶具有更好的修饰精制效果,纤维素酶/木聚糖酶较优的处理工艺为酶用量40IU/g,温度为50~55℃,pH为7,时间为100min,纤维素酶与木聚糖酶酶活用量比为3:2。纤维质量分析表明,经精制处理后浆料纤维的长度变短,细小纤维含量下降,纤维卷曲指数上升,纤维柔软度提高。经酶处理后浆料的后续精浆能耗下降可达50%以上,处理过程中生物酶起到了生物帚化的作用。
The modification of P - RC APMP pulp by xylanase/cellulase as well as the changes of pulp fiber char- acteristies were studied in this paper . The comparison of treatment effectiveness with xylanase, cellulase and xyla- nase/eellulase repectively was done, and the results showed that the xylanase treatment was beneficial to brightness improvement, while the cellulase treatment mainly contributed to enhancement of pulp strength properties. The eel- lulase/xylanase treatment had a higher treatment effectiveness compared with the cellulase or xylanase treatment. The optimal conditions of cellulase/xylanase treatment are : enzyme dosage 40IU/g ,50 - 55℃ , pH 7, 100min and ratio of cellulase dosage to xylanase dosage, 3 : 2. The fiber quality analysis illustrates that the treatment of ellu- lase/xylanase can shorten fiber length, lower the content of fines, increase the fiber curl index and fiber softness. In addition, the following refining energy consumption can be reduced more than 50%.
