This paper designs a sentiment semantic representation model, based on Frame Semantic theory, according to Chinese texts. Under the guidance of this model, the paper constructs a sentimental frames knowledge base and annotates some product reviewing sentences. Through coverage and agreement tests, it proves that the knowledge base and annotated corpus have good performance and high quality.
