以壳体联轴器为研究对象,对CAD/CAE技术在铸造工艺设计中的应用进行了研究.先通过CAD技术的UGNx软件完成壳体联轴器铸件、浇注系统的实体造型,再通过铸造CAE软件AnyCasting对金属液充型凝同过程模拟分析,预测出可能出现的缺陷。通过相应措施对浇注系统的优化,达到最佳铸造效果。
Taking shell couplings as the research object, the application of CAD/CAE technology in the casting process design was studied. At first, the entity modeling of shell couplings casting and pouring system was completed by using UG NX software of CAD technology, and then through casting CAE software AnyCasting, the filling liquid metal solidification process was simulated and analysed to estimate the possible defects. Through the corresponding measures to optimize the gating system, the best effect of the casting was achieved.
