Single oocyst isolation technics is the important way to obtain single species and purified genotype oocysts,and to identify the different coccidia and construct the purified system of coceidia. The age of chicken,the invasiveness of oocyst, the selection of method and matetials were analyzed in this article to provide the instruction for improving the single oocyst isolation technics,further to provide the ground for all researchs on coccidia.
