以预焙阳极专用摩擦焊机样机床身为研究对象,应用ABAQUS有限元软件对机床进行静动态分析,分别得到床身的最大应力、应变及1~6阶固有频率和动态载荷下的应力与应变.以摩擦焊机床身设计空间的体积比为约束条件,以床身前三阶特征值为优化目标,建立基于SIMP法材料插值方法的单目标拓扑优化数学模型,利用OptiStruct软件进行优化.优化结果表明床身前六阶频率得到提高,同时床身质量下降,实现了单目标拓扑优化.
Taking the bed of friction welding machine used specially for anode preroasting as study object and using the ABAQUS finite element software to make the static and dynamic analysis of the welding machine,the bed's maximum stress and strain,first-up to sixth-order natural frequencies,and the stress and strain under dynamic load are obtained.A single-objective topology optimization model is built based on the SIMP material interpolation method,taking the design space volume ratio of friction welding machine bed as the constraints and the optimization the bed's first three eigenvalues as its optimization object.The optimization is conducted by using software OptiStruct.The optimization result showed that the first six frequency of the bed increased,its mass decreased,and the single-objective topology optimization is realized.
