以电解铝预焙阳极导电装置专用摩擦焊机床身为对象,研究连续结构的多目标拓扑优化问题.应用平均特征值倒数法和理想点法相结合的方法建立静动态多目标优化数学模型.在连续体结构变密度拓扑优化方法的基础上,建立了控制臂拓扑优化的有限元模型,确定子目标权重系数,进行了多目标拓扑优化.优化结果得到了材料的理想分布,提高了结构固有频率,减低了结构质量,实现多个目标的共同优化,为专用摩擦焊机床身的进一步改进与优化提供了依据.
Taken the specific friction welding bed of aluminum anodes conductive device as research object, it studied the problem of the continuous multi-objective topology optimization. It collected the method of mean eigenvalues reciprocal and ideal point together and applied it into establishing the model of static and dynamic multi-objective optimization. Built a finite element model of the control arm topology optimization based on the continuum structure's variable density topology optimization method. Then determined the object's weight coefficient for a multi-objective topology optimization. Optimization results get an ideal material distribution, improving the natural frequency of the structure, reducing the structural quality, achieving the joint optimization of multiple objectives and providing a basis for improvement and optimization of specific friction welding machine bed.
