信号转导和转录激活因子(signal transducers and activators of transcription,STAT)的家族成员STAT1、STAT3、STAT5与黑色素瘤的发生发展密切相笑。本文就STAT1、STAT3、STAT5与黑色素瘤的发生、转移以及治疗等的关系的研究进展作一概述。
STAT1, STAT3, and STAT5, which are members of signal transducers and activators of transcription family, have very close correlation with the genesis and development of human melanoma. This paper summarized the roles of the STAT1, STAT3 and STAT5 signaling pathways in the genesis, development, invasion, metastasis and therapy of melanoma, which provides some new ideas for improving melanoma therapeutic effect.
