皮肤是机体抵御外界环境中物理、化学伤害的第一道屏障,其依赖于表皮干细胞的增殖和分化而不断自我更新。整合素是一类细胞黏附受体,其调控细胞一细胞外基质反应,连接细胞外环境与细胞内信号通路,广泛参与增殖、分化和生存等细胞基本活动。本文就整合素分子在调控表皮干细胞的黏附、迁移、信号转导研究进展作一综述,从而为实现皮肤创伤的完美修复提供新的视角。
