利用微波吸收介电谱检测技术测得了不同染料吸附量条件下立方体氯化银微晶的光电子衰减曲线,发现随着染料吸附量的增多,光电子的衰减速率变快,且不是一个单调变化过程。光电子衰减的微观动力学分析表明,染料吸附存在着聚集体吸附和单分子态吸附两种情形,聚集体吸附使得微晶中的填隙银离子增多,从而增加了微晶外部的深电子陷阱,使光电子衰减变快;染料单分子态的吸附起修饰微晶表面能级的作用,从而减少了微晶外部的深电子陷阱,使光电子衰减变慢。
The photoelectron decay curves of cubic silver chloride microcrystals adsorbing different quantum of dye were measured by microwave Absorption and dielectric spectrum detection technology.It is found that with the adsorbed dye becoming more,the photoelectron decay in silver chloride emulsion becomes faster than that in unsensitized emulsion,and it is not a monotone change process.The photoelectron decay microcosmic kinetic analysis showed that dye adsorption have two states which are aggregate adsorption and monomer adsorption.The aggregate adsorption increases interstitial silver ions in microcrystals,which increases the external deep electron traps,so the photoelectron decay becomes faster.The monomer adsorption has the effect of decorating the energy level of microcrystals surface,which decreases the external deep electron traps,so the photoelectron decay becomes slower.
