城市道路交通的通行能力的制约关键在交叉口,其服务水平反映交叉口所提供的道路及控制条件满足交通顺畅、安全等需要的程度,以层次分析法为基础建立信号交叉口服务水平评价体系的综合评价函数,通过对哈尔滨市哈药路一民安街信号交叉口进行实地调查,归纳出引道交通量概率分布规律,运用蒙特卡罗法并结合MATLAB软件,对交叉口的延误、饱和度、受阻车辆数等评价指标进行10^5次的蒙特卡罗模拟,评价交叉口的服务水平。
-The key to urban traffic capacity constraints lies in the intersection, of which the service level reflects the degree of the road provided by the intersection and its control conditions to meet the flow of traffic, safety and other needs. Evaluation index such as the intersection delays, saturation,and the number of hindered vehicles are simulated for 10s times by Monte Carlo method combined with MATLAB software to evaluate the intersection level of service.
