基于汽车总装线生产过程中的一些问题进行了分析;运用Petri网的基本理论和模型的构造块为基础进行建模,通过对汽车总装线上各个工位的工作时间、工人数及工位数的数据采集,采用3σ准则获得仿真时的输入参数数据;根据各模块的功能与联系,实现Petri网模型与Arena仿真模型的对接,形成汽车总装线的Arena仿真模型;输入各有效工作时间,实现汽车总装线的物流仿真并结合汽车总装车间的历史数据,实现模型可靠性验证;以仿真的结果计算总装线的平衡率、工作负荷率及资源利用率,重新划分工作站,为汽车总装配线物流系统的优化提供了理论基础。
In this paper, using the basic theory and model of the Petri nets, we modeled an automobile final assembly line. Then through collecting the data about the working length, worker number and number of the various work stations on the line, we obtained the reference input data at the time of simulation based on the 3 cr principle. Next, according to the function and association of the individual modules, we managed to dock the Petri nets model with the Arena simulation model to form the Arena simulation model of the line. Moreover, by inputting the effective working length and initiating the simulation of the logistics process, and in connection with the historical data of the final assembly workshop, we subjected the reliability of the model to test. At the end, we calculated the balance rate, work load and resource utility rate of the assembly line based on the simulation outcome and reallocated the work stations.
