转阀作为一种实现油路或气路状态的改变或调节流量的控制阀,通过不断引入新的技术和对其结构的改进和创新,其允许控制的压力越来越高,密封性能越来越好,流量控制越来越精确,具有结构简单、对污染不敏感、换向灵敏、使用寿命长、维修方便、体积小、可靠度高等特点,目前在液压气动系统中发挥越来越重要的作用。该文针对国内外转阀的研发现状、特点、应用场合及存在问题进行了详细的分析和梳理,并根据转阀阀芯具体结构特点将其分为柱塞式、转轴式、转套式、转板式、轮齿式、旋塞式共6类。最后,结合近年来液压气动系统中出现的新型转阀探讨了转阀最新的发展状况。该文将为新型/专用转阀的研发及应用工作提供参考。

英文摘要:

Rotary valve is used to change oil or gas channels or adjust the rate of flow as a kind of control valves. Through introducing new technology and improvement and innovation of its structure, control pressure it allows is more and more high, sealed performance better and better,the flow control more and more accurate. It has a simple structure,a long life,a small volume,a higher reliability ,insensitivity to pollution and is easy to reverse and maintain,etc. Currently in the hydraulic and pneumatic system it is playing more and more important role. There is a detailed analysis in this article about the developing situation of the domestic and foreign rotary valve and its characteristics, application situation and problems. According to concrete structure characteristics of rotor in rotary valves, they are classified into the piston type,the shaft type,the turning sleeve type,the turning board type,the wheel gear type and the plug type six categories. Combined with development of rotary valves in hydraulic and pneumatic system in recent years,the future development direction of the rotary valve is predicted. This paper will also provide the reference for research and development and application of future new/special rotary valves.
