长沙市作为中部地区中心城市之一,长期以来第三产业占据了城市经济发展的主导地位,商业的发展对长沙的城市经济发展与空间结构产生了重要的影响。本文对长沙市商业业态的分化历程及其空间分布进行实证分析,进而得出长沙市城市商业空间结构的演变基本规律。本文的主要结论是：城市发展历史、交通、城市规划政策、商业自身规律共同构成了商业空间结构的演变,长沙商业业态分化已经呈现出多元化趋势,中心区商业空间逐渐向外疏解,传统商业中心面临升级与转型的压力。

英文摘要：

As one of core cities in middle area in China,Changsha has its tertiary industry in a dominant position for a long period.The commercial development has an important impact on Changsha＇s urban economic development and spatial structure.In this paper,an empirical analysis is made to explain the differentiation process of commercial formats and its spatial distribution,which further concludes the basic law of the evolvement in Changsha commercial spatial structure.The main conclusions are：（i）The history of city development,traffic,policies of urban planning,and the basic law in business itself jointly attribute to the evolvement of commercial spatial structure;（ii） The commercial differentiation in Changsha is diversified,the central commercial space has gradually expanded outward and the traditional commercial centers are facing the pressure of upgrading and transformation.
