采用溶胶-凝胶法,在孔径为100nm的阳极氧化铝模板中制备了Bi3.15Nd0.85Ti3O12(BN(IT)纳米管阵列.通过XRD、SEM、TEM、HRTEM、SAED和Raman光谱测试手段对纳米管阵列的物相、微结构和声子振动特性进行了表征.研究表明,所合成BNdT纳米管为钙钛矿相多晶结构,纳米管外径约为100nm,管壁厚约10nm,长度达几个微米.Raman光谱分析表明,Nd离子部分取代了类钙钛矿层中A位的Bi离子.
Bi3.15 Nd0. 85 Ti3O22 (BNdT) nanotube arrays were fabricated by sol-gel method utilizing porous anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) templates with 100 nm pore diameters. The phase, microstructure and phonon vibrational properties of the BNdT nanotube arrays were characterized by XRD, SEM, TEM, HRTEM, SAED and Raman spectrum respectively. The results showed that the BNdT nanotubes were polycrystalline with perovskite structure. The diameter, wall thickness and length of BNdT nanotubes were about 100 nm, 10 nm and several microns, respectively. The Raman spectra indicated that Nd was incorporated into the Asite in the perovskite layer of BNdT.
