对高密度喷气燃料的主要组分、馏程和馏分配比进行了系统设计,以RP-3航空煤油、10#和35#柴油为基础燃料,通过常压蒸馏、切割获得系列直馏馏分,从中选取性能较好的馏分以不同比例调和,对得到的调和燃料进一步精制、改性,制得高密度高安定性喷气燃料.该燃料比我国目前广泛使用的RP-3喷气燃料(密度779kg/m3)的密度提高了8%~10%;对燃料的其它主要性能如闪点、冰点、净热值等进行测定,均达到俄罗斯军用标准ΓOCT12308-80的主要技术要求.其中,闪点由目前RP-3喷气燃料的38℃提高到50℃以上,冰点控制在-50℃;燃料精制后固体微粒、芳烃、元素硫和硫醇含量显著降低,固体微粒去除率达38%~51%,芳烃质量分数低于10%,元素硫质量分数在0.6μg/g以下,硫醇质量分数不高于4μg/g,铜片腐蚀实验结果合格:在有效增加密度的前提下,燃料的净热值将近42 900kJ/kg.
Main components, distillation course and distillation cuts proportion of high density fuels were systematically designed. RP-3 aviation kerosene, 10# and 35# diesel fuel were chosen as the basic fuel oils. By means of atmospheric distillation and cutting, a series of direct distillation cuts were obtained. Distillation cuts with good properties were selected and blended in different proportion. Above blended fuels were further refined and modified. Finally, high-density-stability fuels were prepared. The density of these fuels is 8%-10% higher than that of RP-3 aviation kerosene which is applied widely in China at present and whose density is 779 kg/m3. The other main properties of fuels such as flash point, freezing point, net thermal value and so on were measured. The results show that they all reach to the request of Russia military standard ΓOCT12308-80. Flash point is increased from 38°C (current flash point of RP-3 jet fuel) to 50°C, freezing point is controlled within-50°C. After being refined, the content of solid particles, aromatics, sulfur and mercaptan is obviously decreased, the removal ratio of solid particles reaches to 38%-51%, mass fraction of aromatics is less than 10%, mass fraction of sulfur is below 0.6 μg/g and mass fraction of mercaptan is not over 4 μg/g. Besides, the result of copper corrosion test indicates that it is eligible. Under the presupposition of density being effectively increased, net thermal value of fuels is near to 42900 kJ/kg.
