Industrial integration is considered as the advanced stage of industrial cluster.This paper defines the concept of Industrial integration from four aspects,including the content,composition,characteristics and competitive advantages.Through the analysis of high-tech industry clusters＇ characteristics reflected in the stages of life cycle,map the integration path from the dimension of enterprises and governments,with the competitive advantage working as an indicator.
