According to the questions of measurement and evaluation of integration level of cluster,a synthetic evaluation index system of integration level of cluster is established,then using fuzzy integral evaluation method to measure the level of integration level of cluster.In order to provide the basis for government to formulate relevant economy policy and for the members of clusters to take effective actions to improve their competitiveness,we carry through empirical analysis about Dalian software industry cluster and draw conclusions.
