以现代组织中的团队为具体研究对象,将集体意向性理论应用于组织管理的研究中。传统认知研究依托于离身性的本体论假设,在对团队行为和信息加工过程的解释中忽视了成员和环境等因素对团队认知过程的影响。具身主义理论提供了将团队视为行动主体的理论基础,集体意向性理论提供了重新理解团队认知的框架。团队语境赋予了集体意向性更具体的内涵,指的是由团队成员通过互动交流建立社会关系、根据共同的意向所形成的关涉特定目标的团队动态行为的性质。这一构念不仅强调了成员间共享一致的意图,还突出了这种一致性在动态过程中所体现出的目标指向性和团队成员间形成的互动关系,更好地解释了团队认知过程。
Using team in organization as a specific research object,this study applies collective intentionality theory to the field of organizational science. Traditional team cognition theories are based on disembodied ontological cognition theories,which pay little attention to the proactivity of team members and dynamic environment that are important for explaining team behaviors. The embodied cognition theory provides a new perspective to legitimize the role of team as a subjective agent. Besides,the theory of collective intentionality lays the foundation for re-understanding team cognition. Team context gives collective intentionality a more specific meaning. It refers to the property of team dynamic behavior that emerges from guided team members' interactions and shared intention. The construct of team intentionality not only lays emphasis on the agreement among team members,but also highlights the coherent dynamic convergence as the main character of team cognition process,which provides a better explanation for team cognition process.
