为给野生藏杏的资源收集利用提供理论依据,以野生藏杏为材料,对其花粉结构进行了研究。结果表明,野生藏杏的花粉粒属于棒状花粉。从极地面进行观察,花粉具有3条沿极轴走向的等间距孔沟,从赤道面看有2条孔沟,孔沟极度凹陷。外壁纹饰具条脊状纵向平行排列,有少量分枝,同时具有少量的小而长的穿孔。
In order to provide theoretical basis for collecting and utilization of wild Armeniaca holosericea resources,using wild A.holosericea as materials,the ultrastructure of pollen grains were observed.The results showed that the form of pollen grains was clavate.In the polar view,there was three equivalent-space colpi,and two colpi in equator view.The apertures were remarkably depressed.Direction and parallel stripes having little branches arranged and small and long holes in exine.
